Pilot, R&D and Scaleup
Our R&D phase focuses on initial process development, formulation optimization, and chemical validation at a benchtop scale of 50 to 100 grams. This small-scale setup allows technical teams to rapidly iterate on custom formulations, refine reaction parameters, and verify high-purity colorless resin specifications while minimizing raw material usage and cost.
The Pilot stage bridges experimental research and commercial output, operating at a batch capacity of 5 to 10 kilograms. Utilizing specialized pilot-scale reaction vessels, this phase evaluates thermal dynamics, reaction kinetics, and mixing behavior to establish repeatable, stable manufacturing procedures before moving to large-scale production.
Our Scale-Up capability transitions proven pilot formulations into full commercial manufacturing, supporting batch capacities of 1 ton and above. Leveraging industrial-grade stainless steel reactors and automated processing systems, we ensure consistent product quality, batch-to-batch repeatability, and complete color purity at high-volume output.
